Position Summary:

Work as a vital member of the care team, providing hands-on support to patients whileutilizingAI-supported technology to simplify your documentation process. Spend more time delivering care and less time on paperwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assistwith medication management, wound care, and health monitoring.
• Use AI systems to assist in completing clear and accurate notes during visits.

Education and/or Experience

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program.
• 1 year experience in skilled nursing, preferably in hospice, home health care, oncology or emergency care preferred.

Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations

• Active and unencumberedLicensed PracticalNurselicense in state(s) of employmentrequired.
• Preferred within30 daysof hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
