Position Title: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Adult Care Location: New York, NY 10004 Job Type: Contract | Travel Shift: Days | 5x8s Travel Pay Range: $77 – $80/hour ($3,200 – $3,400 per week) Position Summary Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Adult Care for an exciting job in New York, NY. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care to adults in home care settings. Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and nursing protocols. Monitor patient conditions and intervene to support optimal outcomes. Educate patients and families on care, disease management, and preventive strategies. Document all care, interventions, and patient responses in compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care. Manage a caseload of 4–8 patients per day. Work every other weekend as scheduled.
