Era Living is seeking a part-time Custodian Floor Care at our Lakeshore community in Renton/South Seattle, WA. The role belongs to the Housekeeping team and includes cleaning, polishing, sanitizing, and disinfecting common areas and floors. Shifts are scheduled Saturday to Monday, 7:00AM to 3:30PM, with compensation of $20.82 per hour and a benefits package including a 401(k) match and vacation accrual.
