Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Leave Administration & Workers’ Compensation Manager to administer enterprise LOA processes and coordinate workers’ compensation and ADA/accommodation activities. This role reports to the VP of Total Rewards and serves as the primary resource for LOA inquiries, vendor issues, and escalations in collaboration with HRBPs, Benefits, Payroll, Legal, Safety, and leaders.
