Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver exceptional patient care and implement rehabilitation programs. The role involves evaluating patient needs, developing treatment plans, and supporting recovery goals through personalized interventions.

Responsibilities:

  Assess patients physical conditions to determine appropriate treatment plans.

  Develop and modify therapeutic protocols to optimize recovery outcomes.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  
  
• 
  Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and families on exercises and techniques to support ongoing rehabilitation.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold a valid state or federal license as a Physical Therapist.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.
  
  
• 
  Possess experience in outpatient or hospital-based therapy settings.
  
  
• 
  Exhibit excellent communication and patient interaction abilities.
  
  
• 
  Maintain current certifications in CPR and BLS.
