Accounts Receivable Junior Clerk

Essential Job Functions: Balance and reconcile various accounts receivable accounts Responsible for keying accounts receivable and account credits Responsible for collection of accounts receivable, including deductions from account payable as necessary Report any issues or receivable that have been failed to collect upon to the Accounts Receivable Manager Additional job functions could include special reporting and reconciliation of money orders, special promotions, gift cards, community cash, and gift certificates. Special projects and reports Responsible for attending on-site work during normal business hours, in the typical work week, as well as extra time as needed to fulfill job duties Ensure all aspects of company policy and procedures in regard to good business and department practices are followed.
