Production Operator

We are seeking a driven, hands‑on Production Operator to join our ever‑growing company and team. Role and Responsibilities Load and run parts on various production machine tools Ensure all parts produced meet quality specs Ability to work within very close tolerances Read and follow drawings & job work instructions Perform routine machine maintenance Monitor tool wear, load tools and inserts as required Requirements Candidate will possess strong communication skills Have excellent work ethic; being open to working overtime if the need arises Can work in a fast‑paced environment, and meet time deadlines Must be willing to learn to read and understand drawings and measuring equipment Basic computer skills such as e‑mailing, open & print documents, and navigating windows/internet explorer.
