WEEKDAY COVERAGE NEEDED FOR CLIENTS IN LAKE COUNTY

At Comfort Keepers, we provide uplifting in-home care for seniors and other adults who require a helping hand, a supportive companion, and day-to-day assistance in their homes. Responsibilities

• Provide basic care and caregiving activities
• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, mobility, incontinence care, feeding and other services
• Remain in constant communication with management and update them on the progress of the patients
• Identify behavioral and mental health concerns and determine the right course of action
• Collaborate with other colleagues
• Adhere with IDPH standards and safety regulations as established by Comfort Keepers management

Skills

• Methodical and creative
• Patience, flexibility and love for the healthcare field
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Companionship and Personal Care experience
• A genuine desire to help others
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel at least 30 minutes
• Ability to pass state mandated background checks and drug screening
