Branch Manager – Financial Services

Location: North Richland Hills, TX – Onsite!

Compensation & Schedule

• Starting at $62,000 annually, based on experience

• Monthly Incentive Plan: Minimum target 12% | Target 16% | Capped at 20%

• Financial Center Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

• Saturdays, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM

ROLE IMPACT

As a Branch Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving branch growth, increasing market share, and building strong relationships throughout the North Richland Hills community. This position leads a high-performing team while developing new business, strengthening existing client relationships, and delivering exceptional financial solutions. Success is measured through branch growth, production, profitability, client retention, and overall team performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute strategies to increase market share across deposits, loans, and other financial products

• Identify new business opportunities through community outreach, networking, partnerships, and referral relationships

• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, community leaders, affluent clients, and referral sources

• Lead a relationship-based sales and service culture focused on acquiring, deepening, and retaining client relationships

• Conduct and support financial reviews and needs-based conversations to identify appropriate financial solutions

• Serve as a trusted advisor to key clients, providing personalized, high-touch service

• Partner with mortgage, insurance, wealth advisors, and business services to deliver comprehensive financial solutions

• Lead, coach, and develop branch employees while establishing clear performance and production expectations

• Monitor branch performance, market trends, competitor activity, and financial data to identify growth opportunities

• Ensure the branch meets or exceeds production, growth, profitability, and service goals

• Maintain operational excellence and ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and organizational policies

• Represent the organization at community networking and business events to increase brand presence and referral opportunities

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Proven leadership experience within a customer service, banking, credit union, or financial services environment

• Proven ability to grow market share, develop new relationships, and expand existing client portfolios

• Experience coaching and developing employees to improve production and overall performance

• Strong understanding of financial products, lending, and relationship-based sales

• Strong business development, networking, communication, and presentation skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment

• Excellent organization and time-management skills

• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, discretion, and diplomacy

• Successful NMLS registration and issuance of a unique identification number as required by the S.A.F.E. Act

• Customer relationship management systems

• Performance reporting and data analytics tools

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience working with affluent or high-net-worth clients

• College degree preferred

• SIE or Series 7 license is a plus

• Experience with sales processes, operations, data analytics, or quantitative marketing

• Strong knowledge of financial services compliance and regulatory requirements

• Demonstrated success growing a branch, portfolio, or local market
