Assistant Manager – Automotive Service

Precision Tune Auto Care | Little Rock, AR
Full-Time | $60,000–$70,000 Base Salary + Monthly Performance Bonus

Precision Tune Auto Care in Little Rock is looking for a strong  Assistant Manager to help lead our automotive service operation.

We’re looking for someone who can take great care of customers, drive sales, support the technician team, and help keep the shop operating efficiently.

Compensation

$60,000–$70,000 base salary based on experience

PLUS monthly performance bonuses based on hitting established shop performance markers and sales goals.

Strong performance should be rewarded. You’ll know the goals, understand the numbers, and have the opportunity to increase your earnings when the shop performs.

What You’ll Do

• Assist the Store Manager with daily shop operations and team leadership
• Build relationships with customers and provide a professional, straightforward service experience
• Review vehicle recommendations and clearly explain needed repairs and maintenance
• Prepare estimates, repair orders, and invoices
• Help drive sales and achieve monthly shop performance goals
• Coordinate workflow between customers, service advisors, technicians, and parts vendors
• Coach and support team members while maintaining accountability and company standards
• Help manage scheduling, parts ordering, inventory, and day-to-day operational needs
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
• Help maintain an organized, efficient, high-performing shop

What We’re Looking For

• Automotive service experience strongly preferred
• Previous experience as a  Service Advisor, Assistant Manager, Store Manager, or similar automotive role is a plus
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Ability to confidently discuss recommended repairs and maintenance with customers
• Leadership skills and the ability to coach and motivate a team
• Strong organization and time-management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced automotive repair environment
• Dependable, accountable, and professional
• Basic knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
• Comfortable using point-of-sale, estimating, or automotive shop management software
