THE ROLE This is a high-impact, multi-faceted office position reporting directly to our President & COO, Jeffrey L. Davidson. You will be the operational backbone of our daily service business — managing customer calls, dispatching field technicians, monitoring job progress, processing payroll, and supporting service operations management. WHAT YOU'LL DO Answer and manage all incoming customer service calls and inquiries Dispatch and schedule plumbing technicians daily using Service Titan Monitor field technicians in real time and track job progress throughout the day Process weekly technician payroll and maintain accurate time and attendance records Prepare invoices, work order closings, and management reports in Service Titan Support the President & COO in daily service operations and coordination REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS — MUST HAVE Minimum 2 years of hands‑on Service Titan experience — dispatching, scheduling, and invoicing Minimum 2 years of experience in a plumbing service company environment Proven customer service and customer relations skills in a trades or home services setting Experience with field dispatch coordination and technician scheduling Payroll or time sheet processing experience Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office — Word, Excel, and Outlook COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Competitive base salary — commensurate with Service Titan experience and qualifications Full benefits package including health insurance options Paid time off and company‑recognized holidays Performance‑based incentive and bonus program Clear growth path to a senior Service Operations Manager role Family‑oriented team culture where your work is recognized and valued BENEFITS 401(k) matching Bonus based on performance Competitive salary Employee discounts Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Training & development Tuition assistance Jeffco Enterprises, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
