Service Advisor

Responsibilities Greet all customers promptly and professionally. Provide excellent customer service by listening to inquiries and requests, asking clarifying questions, identifying service needs, resolving concerns, and selling additional services when appropriate. Provide customers with updates, estimates, and inspection results in a timely manner. Answer customer telephone calls promptly and courteously, making every effort to satisfy the caller’s inquiry. Review all completed work and recommendations and collect payments from customers. Proficiently use Dealer Management System (DMS) and related software to look up service history, schedule appointments, enter repair order information, and manage customer data. Provide excellent service and review the customer satisfaction survey with each customer. Qualifications Experience in a dealership or automotive service environment preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong customer‑service orientation with an ability to handle a fast‑paced environment.
