Your New Role

Location: Louisville, KY

• Laminate commercial casework, cabinets, and countertops

• Laminate full sheets of material accurately and efficiently

• Hand edge band cabinet components

• Hand laminate specialty pieces and custom applications

• File, trim, and finish laminate for a clean, professional appearance

• Safely operate power hand tools, including routers, nail guns, and other woodworking equipment

• Follow written and verbal production instructions while maintaining quality standards

• Assist with cabinet manufacturing and shop production as needed

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• At least 1 year of professional experience laminating commercial casework, cabinets, or countertops

• Experience laminating sheet materials and producing high-quality finished products

• Ability to hand edge band cabinet components

• Experience hand laminating specialty pieces

• Proficiency filing and trimming laminate to finished quality standards

• Ability to safely operate routers, nail guns, and other power hand tools

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Willingness to assist with additional cabinet shop responsibilities

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team

• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift

• Ability to frequently lift up to 75 pounds

• Valid driver's license

• Reliable transportation
