Change Management Consultant

To support a large-scale enterprise technology transformation, the Change Management Consultant (LMS Implementation) will manage change strategies and user adoption efforts for a Cornerstone On Demand rollout, working in a remote or hybrid contract capacity. Key responsibilities Develop and execute change management strategies and plans Conduct stakeholder assessments and organizational readiness activities Create and deliver communications to support awareness and adoption Required qualifications Experience leading change management initiatives for enterprise system implementations Experience supporting digital transformation or learning platform projects preferred Strong stakeholder engagement and organizational assessment skills Ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams Change management certification (Prosci preferred)
