Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an obstetrics and labor and delivery setting
• Monitor and interpret fetal heart rate patterns and respond appropriately to changes in maternal or fetal status
• Support neonatal resuscitation efforts in accordance with NRP guidelines
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective perinatal outcomes
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic health record

Required Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher
• Unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Colorado, or ability to obtain prior to start date
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification — may be obtained upon hire
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program Advanced Provider (NRP) certification
• AWHONN Fetal Heart Monitoring Intermediate (FHM) certification
• The STABLE Program — STABLE Learner certification
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a perinatal RN

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
• Experience with EPIC electronic health record system
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
