Strategic Public Procurement Buyer
City of Huntington Beach
The City of Huntington Beach is seeking a Buyer to manage the procurement of a wide variety of supplies and services. This role requires three years of purchasing experience, preferably in a government setting, along with skills in negotiation, vendor management, and market research. An Associate's degree in a relevant field is essential, while a Bachelor's degree is desirable.
