Overview We are seeking a polished, customer-focused, and sales-driven Leasing Manager to lead the lease-up of a premier luxury apartment community in Park City, Utah! This exciting opportunity is ideal for a hospitality-minded professional who thrives on building relationships, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and exceeding leasing goals. As the face of the community, the Leasing Manager will be responsible for driving occupancy, generating traffic, converting prospects into residents, and creating a first-class experience that reflects the luxury lifestyle our community offers. Lease-up bonuses and performance-based incentives are available for meeting and exceeding occupancy and leasing milestones. The ideal candidate is professional, outgoing, goal-oriented, and passionate about providing elevated service while contributing to the successful launch and stabilization of a high-end residential community. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to residents, prospects, and visitors while creating a positive and professional community experience. Drive leasing activity, occupancy, renewals, and resident retention through effective sales and relationship-building skills. Conduct property tours, follow up with prospects, and assist applicants throughout the leasing process. Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, vendors, housing partners, and community stakeholders. Address resident concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Assist in implementing marketing and outreach efforts to attract qualified residents. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, company policies, and applicable housing program requirements. Maintain accurate leasing, resident, and compliance records. Partner with maintenance and management teams to ensure community appearance and resident satisfaction. Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the community.
