Permanent Schedules:
- 2nd Shift: Work 8 hour shifts between 11:00am-3:00am CST.
- Training Monday-Friday for 2 weeks, then starting week 3 you will have a more permanent work schedule.
- Must be available to work weekends
Key Responsibilities
If you were hired for this position, your responsibilities would include taking inbound calls from drivers who need help with anything from a flat tire to a breakdown and working with a team of service providers to connect that customer with immediate support.
Requirements
Skills and Knowledge 2nd Shift Customer Service Representative
You MUST have your own equipment. Listed below are our requirements.
- A Windows Desktop or Laptop Computer ( >= 12.00GB RAM & > 4000 CPU).
- A Dual Monitor Setup (or laptop and extend display to single monitor).
- An Ethernet cable connected to your Windows Desktop/ Laptop.
- A Webcam.
- A Headset with a Microphone.
- A Computer Mouse.
Education and Experience 2nd Shift Customer Service Representative
- High School Diploma / GED equivalent
