Power Platform Developer & Integration Lead

Salary: $85,000 - 125,000 per year Requirements:

• We require experience integrating enterprise applications and managing data across multiple business systems.
• We need experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• We require five or more years of experience developing, implementing, integrating, or managing enterprise software solutions.
• We require a bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• In lieu of a degree, we will consider nine years of relevant professional experience.
• We prefer Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate.
• We prefer Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate.
• We prefer Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate.
• We prefer PMP certification.
• We prefer Agile or Scrum certifications.
• We prefer experience with Python development.
• We prefer experience integrating enterprise software systems using APIs.
• We prefer experience with IBM TRIRIGA, IWMS, CMMS, EAM, or records management platforms.
• We prefer experience supporting facilities, construction, engineering, real estate, or workplace operations organizations.
• We prefer knowledge of federal information security requirements and system governance.

• We design, develop, implement, and support applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
• We build automated workflows and process orchestration with Power Automate.
• We create interactive dashboards, performance metrics, and reporting solutions in Power BI.
• We design and maintain SharePoint sites, communication portals, lists, libraries, and workflow-enabled business applications.
• We create and maintain databases, forms, reporting tools, and business applications using SQL Server, Microsoft Access, Dataverse, and related technologies.
• We use Python and other scripting tools to automate data management and reporting tasks.
• We lead integration efforts across enterprise systems supporting facilities, construction, project management, and operational functions.
• We design and manage API-based integrations between Power Platform solutions and third-party applications.
• We collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth interoperability across business systems.
• We support software implementation, testing, validation, deployment, and user acceptance activities.
• We troubleshoot and resolve application, workflow, reporting, and integration issues.
• We ensure solutions align with organizational cybersecurity, governance, and data management requirements.
• We maintain technical documentation, system architecture diagrams, data dictionaries, and configuration records.
• We meet with facilities and construction stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements.
• We analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation.
• We translate operational needs into scalable technical solutions.
• We recommend and implement enhancements to existing applications and business systems.
• We develop proof-of-concepts, prototypes, and pilot solutions for emerging business needs.
• We produce standard and ad hoc reports to support operational and executive decision-making.
• We build automated reporting solutions and business intelligence dashboards.
• We maintain performance metrics and data visualization tools.
• We support data quality, governance, and reporting integrity initiatives.
