Payroll Specialist

Location: Gahanna, OH (Onsite) Salary: $54,080 – $62,400 annually Position Overview We are seeking a detail‑oriented Payroll Specialist to manage biweekly payroll processing for a growing, multi‑state workforce. This role is fully onsite in Gahanna, Ohio, and plays a critical part in ensuring accurate, timely payroll operations and employee records management. Key Responsibilities Process biweekly payroll for fewer than 100 employees across multiple states, including Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, and Alabama Accurately calculate and process employee commissions Ensure payroll data accuracy, compliance, and timeliness Scan, upload, and maintain payroll and employment documentation in employee files Support payroll audits and respond to payroll‑related inquiries as needed Required Qualifications Proven experience processing multi‑state payroll Hands‑on experience with Paycor payroll software Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information Solid organizational and time‑management skills Work Environment Fully onsite position in Gahanna, Ohio Collaborative, fast‑paced work setting #J-18808-Ljbffr
