Description Additional Position Details: FTE: 1.000000 | Full Time | Primarily Mon - Fri / 8AM - 5PM Starting Wage for this exempt position: $102,606.40-$141,107.20, depending on experience Position Summary The Nurse Navigator coordinates diagnostic and treatment processes and follows up at assigned Asante facility(s). Guides patients and their families through the continuum of care and collaborative process with medical care providers and ancillary support programs. They act as a central point of contact for all medical care providers working with the patient, and facilitate evidence-based nursing care. They assess educational needs and design, teach, and/or coordinate educational programs for patients, families, and the community. Qualifications Education Bachelor of Science in Nursing, or equivalent combination of education and experience, is required Master’s Degree in Nursing, preferred Experience Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience, including bedside patient care, is required Licensure/Certifications RN: Registered Nurse licensed by the Oregon State Board of Nursing is required upon start BLS: Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider certified by the American Heart Association (AHA) is required upon start OCN: Oncology Certified Nurse by Oncology Nursing Certification Corporation (ONCC) is preferred ONN-CG: Oncology Nurse Navigator Certified Generalist by the Academy of Oncology Nurse Navigators (AONN) is preferred ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certification is preferred Total Rewards We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package designed to support your well-being and professional growth, including: Competitive Pay: Hourly and salaried positions earn market-based compensation.
