Senior Operations Program Manager (OPM)We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Operations Program Manager (OPM) to join our globally organized Operations Program Management team. In this high-impact role, you will serve as the primary Operations representative and project leader for New Product Development and Introduction (NPD/NPI) programs, acting as the voice of Operations across cross-functional program teams.You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Product Management, Quality, Sales, and Operations stakeholders to ensure new products are developed, launched, and transitioned into manufacturing with long-term, sustainable success. Whether manufacturing is in-house or subcontracted, you will be the key relationship owner and driver of operational excellence.Program Leadership & ExecutionLead and manage all Operations tasks and responsibilities across assigned NPI programs from inception through successful product launchEstablish clear Operations and Manufacturing objectives, delegate assignments, and mentor team members to ensure program goals are metContribute to, monitor, and coordinate program activities across all Operations functions, ensuring programs are delivered on time, within budget, and to performance requirementsManage multiple concurrent technology products from concept through releaseCross-Functional Collaboration & CommunicationRepresent all Operations departments, including Production, Sourcing, Planning, Manufacturing Engineering, Test Engineering, Warehousing, and Customer Service in program meetings and activitiesCommunicate Design for Manufacturability (DFM), testability, and serviceability requirements back to design teams within appropriate timeframesBuild and maintain positive, professional relationships with internal stakeholders, key suppliers, and external development partnersRisk Management & ReportingTrack and report program progress against launch milestones, proactively surfacing blockers, schedule risks, and challengesEnsure risks are transparent to the organization and are owned or mitigated by the appropriate individuals and teamsSupplier & Partner ManagementIdentify, vet, and manage new and existing suppliers; lead negotiations and engagements with external manufacturers and development partnersConduct supplier meetings and manage supplier progress relative to new product timelinesDesign for OperationsDrive and contribute to product design considerations for manufacturability, testability, serviceability and operational efficiency from project inception through productionA successful candidate should have:Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related fieldMinimum 10 years of experience in a combination of Operations, Engineering, and/or Program Management rolesDemonstrated experience developing, producing, or supporting electronic and/or electromechanical products, subassemblies, and componentsProven ability to influence and drive change across all levels of an organization without direct positional authorityExceptional decision-making, consensus-building, and conflict resolution skillsNatural problem-solver with strong business acumen and a collaborative leadership styleComfortable communicating and presenting up to the Executive levelBroad knowledge of Operations functions: planning, supply chain, PCBA and product assembly, quality, warehousing, distribution, customer care, and reverse logisticsWorking knowledge of ERP systems and material planning functionsFamiliarity with Lean Six Sigma manufacturing principlesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, global, and growing organizationWork Environment:Amount of Travel: <10%, as needed to partner with suppliers and attend trade showsWhat We Offer:Medical, Dental, and Vision3 weeks annual PTO and 9 paid holidays401(k) + matchingEmployer-paid base life insurance, short, and long-term disabilityHealth savings accounts (with Biamp contribution) and flexible spending accountsTuition reimbursementCharitable donation matchingDiscretionary company achievement bonusReferral bonusesWho is Biamp?We make the world's most extraordinary audio and video solutions.
