Administrative Assistant Opportunity

Serpentini of Orrville is BOOMING! We need HELP! We're looking for an administrative assistant to help our office team in several different areas including applying for new vehicle incentives, helping apply for warranty reimbursement from GM. Some basic accounts receivables and payable. Cashiering and answering phones. May also back up our busy title clerk. We will COMPLETELY train the right person. Experience is not needed. However, some relevant office work would be helpful! WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PART TIME (20-25 HOURS) Part time will be HOURLY 15-17/hr Exact pay will be based on experience!

Basic requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Highly organized and eagerness to improve
• Willingness to take initiative
• Computer literacy, quality writing and grammar skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks easily
• Work with all levels of employee
