Overview

This is a “Bread and Butter” Hospitalist position, Day Shift, working with adult population (teenager to geriatrics).

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and orders at the time of admission
• Manage resources efficiently - lab, X-ray, pharmacy, and more
• Provide pre‑op evaluations
• Coordinate with specialists
• Provide consultations
• Collaborate with case managers
• Work with the hospital's formulary
• Provide discharge referrals
• Schedule patient follow‑up
• etc.
