Perform critical care and ventilator management, adjusting settings per orders and monitoring patient response. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the respiratory care team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Ensure equipment safety, perform routine maintenance, and uphold compliance with applicable federal and state regulations. Document patient care accurately in the medical record and communicate changes to the care team. Educate patients and families about respiratory conditions, treatments, and discharge planning.
