Comfort Inn Richfield | Richfield, UtahSalary: $55,000-$65,000 + Quarterly Bonus + Paid VacationStructure Hospitality is seeking a motivated, hands-on General Manager to lead the Comfort Inn Richfield.This role is responsible for the overall performance of the hotel, including guest satisfaction, team development, revenue growth, labor management, brand compliance, and profitability. We are looking for a leader who is engaged with the operation, visible to the team, and focused on creating an exceptional guest experience.Hospitality is a 24/7 business, and successful General Managers understand that leadership requires flexibility, responsiveness, and presence when the operation needs support. This is not a traditional Monday through Friday, 9-to-5 position.The right General Manager will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the hotel's performance, guest experience, and team culture while growing their career with a company that values leadership and results.
