Director OF Merchandising

Business Unit: U.S. Wholesale Mad Engine Global is looking for an experienced Director of Brand & Merchandising to shape how our brands come to life through product, assortment, storytelling, presentation, and the overall consumer experience. Lead brand & seasonal merchandising strategy Build compelling, commercially successful apparel assortments Identify fashion, consumer, retail & pop-culture trends Partner closely with Design to translate trends into product opportunities Develop differentiated assortments for major retail channels Use sales, sell-through & consumer insights to guide product decisions Collaborate with Sales, Planning, Product Development, Creative & Marketing 10+ years of progressive merchandising experience Strong background as a merchant, senior merchant or merchandising leader Deep understanding of apparel merchandising, assortment architecture & retail strategy Experience building seasonal assortments and product strategies Strong commercial instincts with a passion for fashion, product & consumer trends Apparel industry experience strongly preferred If you’re a strategic merchant who knows how to balance creativity, brand relevance, consumer demand and commercial performance, we’d love to hear from you! #J-18808-Ljbffr
