ICU Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking a dedicated ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on the night shift. This position involves working 48 hours per week with a schedule of four 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in an Intensive Care Unit and must possess strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient care.ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.Monitor patient vital signs and manage complex medical equipment.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.Float to the Emergency Room as needed to ensure adequate staffing levels.Participate in on-call duties, although limited due to low census.QualificationsExperience: Minimum of one year of ICU experience preferred.Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor.Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from an approved vendor.Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from an approved vendor.Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required.Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification preferred.Licensure: Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice is required.Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.Experience with EPIC: Proficiency in EPIC EMR is required.If you are a motivated and compassionate ICU Registered Nurse looking to advance your career in a challenging and rewarding environment, we encourage you to apply.Client Details City Willits State CA
