Job Title: Purchasing and Permit Coordinator Company: Westover Homes, LLC 

Department: Operations Reports to: President

Job Type: Regular Part-Time (20 hours per week) Work Hours: M-F 8-12noon 

Effective Date: February 2026 Exemption Status: Nonexempt

Salary Range: $24.04/hr. - $28.85/hr.

Benefits: Colorado Sick Leave Bank

Role Summary: This role requires interaction with all trade partners and team members, as well as oversight of the permitting application process. The position will perform a variety of hands-on administrative duties and should have relevant experience to support these tasks. This position will primarily assist the President.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None

Essential Functions:  

· Effectively communicates with trade partners and team members 

· Prices out new plans

· Updates prices in the system

· Changes orders' pricing

· Maintains Builder Trend database: upgrades and maintenance of jobs and templates

· Ensures safety codes and protocol paperwork are maintained 

· Schedules worksite appointments with trade partners and homeowners as needed 

· Obtains all required approvals for permits and acts as liaison between the company and each municipality 

· Prepares and submits applications to various agencies/ boards having jurisdiction over required permits and/or approvals 

· Coordinates paperwork and applications 

· Submits paperwork for permits 

· Maintains a database of trade contractors, suppliers, and vendors' contact information 

· Facilitates: Permits, Septic, Metro District (ACC Submittal), and driveway applications 

· Tracks all applications and, when approved, can move forward to the final permit stage 

· Works with the ordering of soil drills and site plans for each lot and tracks through the permit process

· Enters invoices and VPO’s for payments 

· Maintains and verifies all insurance certificates, trade partner agreements, and W-9 forms 

· Prepares documents for home closings

· Other duties as assigned

Minimum Required Education/Credentials/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: 

· Minimum Experience: 3-5 years of experience in construction project coordination 

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 

· Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines 

· Experience in an office support position preferred 

· Prefer a construction background and experience/knowledge in the homebuilding industry

· Strong computer skills with expertise in Microsoft Windows Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel 

· Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to communicate effectively in a professional manner 

· Ability to gather information and generate documents with accuracy 

· Ability to handle the stress of dealing with trades and react favorably to resolve issues in a positive manner 

· Demonstrated ability to work within cross-functional teams

Work Environment/Physical Requirements: 

Work Environment: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
