Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current state OT licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience in a school-based occupational therapy setting required
• Proficiency in teletherapy service delivery preferred
• Strong background in conducting screenings and educational evaluations
• Effective communicator with excellent organizational skills
• Prior supervisory experience or readiness to mentor COTAs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services in accordance with student IEPs through both in-person and remote modalities
• Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and screenings
• Oversee and support two COTAs, providing mentorship and ensuring compliance with best practices
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate progress to staff and families
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop strategies supporting student participation
