Associate, Business Analyst, Institutional Banking Group Technology, Group Technology

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements
• Conduct stakeholder discussions to understand business processes and pain points
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams , ensuring clarity and alignment
• Support solution design by working closely with architects, developers, and QA teams
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, etc.)
• Create and maintain:
• Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
• Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS)
• User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
• Process maps (As-Is and To-Be)
• Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) planning, execution, and defect tracking
• Ensure solutions meet business needs and deliver measurable value
• Support change management and release activities , including documentation and communication
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization

• 3–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Engineering, or related field
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments
• Domain knowledge (Banking / Finance etc.) is a plus
• Strong requirement elicitation and documentation skills
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with tools such as:
• Jira / Confluence
• MS Excel, PowerPoint
• Basic understanding of:
• APIs, databases, and system integrations
