Director, Global Communications & Public Affairs, Circulatory Restoration

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Director of Global Communications & Public Affairs for its Circulatory Restoration business unit in Santa Clara. This hybrid leadership role develops and executes integrated communications strategies across internal and external stakeholder groups while leading a team of global communications professionals.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive global communications strategy aligned to business priorities and growth objectives
Lead external communications campaigns that elevate visibility and reputation of Circulatory Restoration technologies and innovations
Manage global employee communications programs connecting staff to business priorities, culture, and strategic objectives
Lead team of communications professionals and agency partners to deliver strategic storytelling and stakeholder engagement
Establish measurement frameworks and coordinate with cross-functional partners on reputation management and issues response

Requirements

Bachelor's degree minimum
10+ years communications, public affairs, or corporate communications experience
5+ years people leadership experience
Proven track record developing integrated global communications strategies
Experience advising senior executives on communications and stakeholder engagement
Expertise in employee engagement, media relations, digital/social media, and reputation management
