Job Title: HVAC Technician
Job Description:
We’re looking for a dedicated HVAC Technician with a positive, can-do attitude to join our team. In this role, you’ll:
- Serve as a client-facing professional, diagnosing and resolving complex HVAC issues on-site.
- Perform advanced repairs or replacements by identifying the root causes of system failures.
- Install air conditioning, heating, and ventilation systems with precision.
- Clean and maintain HVAC units to ensure optimal performance.
- Execute Highland AC’s scheduled Preventive Maintenance Program.
- Use a smartphone for dispatch software and seamless company communication.
- Manage inventory, track job costs, and handle invoicing for your assigned sites.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and professional.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records.
- Take pride in caring for your company vehicle and upholding a polished appearance.
Requirements:
- Personal HVAC tools and equipment.
- HVAC experience (required).
- EPA Type II Certification (preferred).
- HVAC Certification (preferred).
- Willingness to travel up to 50% (preferred).
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
