Hands-On Real Estate Development Coordinator

Altair Developments in Atlanta is seeking a motivated, resourceful individual to support development, construction, permitting, marketing, and day-to-day operations. No two days are the same, and you will learn the real estate development industry from the ground up.

The role is hands-on, with 30–40 hours per week, requiring travel to permits offices and sites around Metro Atlanta. You will work closely with the ownership team, gain broad exposure, and build practical skills in zoning,
