Regional Safety Leader — Operations & Compliance

The Regional Operations Safety Leader at Lincare will provide regional safety leadership in alignment with the Operations Safety Manager and the RVP. This role focuses on aligning operations with Lincare safety policy and the annual safety metrics performance strategy, driving accountability and a safety culture. You will lead regional Safety Leaders and Trainers, identify gaps between policy and practice, promote resources for stability and recovery, and interface with external agencies to #J-18808-Ljbffr Lincare
