• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to verify compliance with safety and quality regulations.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of quality control activities and findings.
• Train and mentor team members on quality standards and best practices to foster a culture of excellence.
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, driving continuous enhancement initiatives.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure materials and workmanship align with project specifications and quality expectations. Qualifications • Experience in leading quality assurance processes within the construction industry.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with project managers and teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Proven track record of conducting site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Strong skills in developing and maintaining detailed documentation of quality control activities.
• Ability to train and mentor team members on quality standards and best practices.
• Experience in analyzing quality data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proficiency in coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure material and workmanship quality aligns with project specifications.
