About The Role Total Wine & More is seeking a Video Producer & Editor to join our Marketing team in our Bethesda, MD office. This role is responsible for producing high-quality video content across multiple channels, with a primary focus on social media. As part of the in-house creative team, you will support marketing initiatives and internal communications through compelling visual storytelling. In this role, you will leverage your video production and post-production experience to independently execute video projects, support creative campaigns, and deliver polished, on-brand content in a fast-paced environment. This role reports to the Creative Email and Social Media Manager. You will Lead end-to-end video production projects from concept through delivery, planning and executing studio and on-location shoots while ensuring high-quality visual and audio standards that support business objectives. Manage post-production workflows, including editing, motion graphics, color correction, sound optimization, and final asset delivery across multiple channels and platforms. Coordinate and prioritize multiple video projects simultaneously, managing timelines, production schedules, stakeholders, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution and high-quality outcomes. Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs and creative concepts into compelling video content that supports brand storytelling, marketing campaigns, employee engagement, and customer experiences. Drive continuous improvement of video production operations, including workflow optimization, media asset management, equipment oversight, documentation of best practices, and sharing expertise with teammates to enhance team capabilities. You will come with Bachelor's Degree in Film Production, Multimedia Design, Digital Media, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience). 1–4 years of hands‑on video production and post‑production experience in a fast‑paced creative, agency, in‑house, or production environment. Experience producing content for social media platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Technical Skills Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Working knowledge of Adobe Audition or similar audio editing tools. Experience operating professional video cameras, lighting setups, and audio equipment. Ability to create and apply branded video elements such as title animations, lower thirds, and motion graphic templates. Understanding of video production and delivery workflows, including file formats, frame rates, codecs, compression, color correction, closed captioning, and platform optimization. Experience organizing and managing media libraries within shared storage environments. Proficiency using Mac-based operating systems. Experience supporting retail, consumer, or product-focused productions preferred. Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills. Ability to work independently on assigned projects while seeking guidance on unfamiliar or complex assignments.
