Outstanding facility is looking for the right Case Manager RN to join their team. 700 bed Level 1 Trauma center and Teaching hospital. Coastal Maine location about 2 hours north of Boston.

Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse, Case Manager
Experience: 5 years
Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted)(Copy needed)
Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed)
SSN Required
References: 2 References in entire work history

Inpatient, acute care setting care coordination and discharge planning
