Weekend Director of Nursing (RN)
Our organization is currently looking for a Weekend Director of Nursing (RN) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in Manchester, NH. This pivotal leadership position involves managing nursing operations over the weekend, with a focus on delivering safe, high-quality care that prioritizes the needs of our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee weekend nursing activities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Lead and mentor clinical staff, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
- Manage staffing levels and workflows to optimize operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
- Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to implement personalized care plans.
- Respond effectively to clinical emergencies as they arise.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives within the nursing team.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
- Proven experience in a nursing leadership role, preferably in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to providing compassionate care and supporting staff development.
