About the Role: Setting: 100% Remote Consult-Liaison Psychiatry (Emergency Department & Inpatient) Compensation: 1099 | Starting at $185/hour with a robust productivity-based compensation model designed to maximize earnings Sign-On Bonus: $25,000 for qualified full-time nocturnist hires Patient Population: All ages (5+ in ER settings preferred) Schedule: Full-time nocturnist schedule (13-16 overnight shifts per month), including rotating weekend coverage (1-2 shifts a month) NP Supervision: Collaborate with highly trained Iris PMHNP Why Iris Telehealth ? Qualifications: Active medical license, IMLC Letter of Qualification is a plus.
