Overview As an Ads Specialist , you will execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns that drive results. You\'ll manage daily campaign operations and continuously improve performance. We\'re looking for someone with hands-on platform expertise and optimization skills . You\'ll be in the trenches making campaigns perform. Responsibilities Manage paid advertising campaigns Optimize bids, targeting, and creatives Build and test ad variations Monitor performance daily Implement tracking and pixels Minimum Requirements 3+ years ads management experience Google Ads certified Experience with Meta Ads Manager Understanding of conversion tracking Strong attention to detail Nice to Have Other ad platform experience Script writing for automation Creative design skills E-commerce advertising Lead gen campaigns What’s Great About This Role Optimize campaigns daily See direct performance impact Work with varied budgets Learn new platforms Career growth path Flexible schedule #J-18808-Ljbffr MySource Digital Marketing
