Job Overview We are actively looking to hire talented Clinical Psychologists in the LifeStance Health area who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. Responsibilities Deliver high‑quality behavioral healthcare Work closely with adults and the child/adolescent populations Provide full‑time therapy‑only services Qualifications Fully licensed and credentialed in Illinois or in process of taking the full license exam in Illinois; Ph.D. or Psy.D. required Experience with fee‑for‑service productivity model (W2) Benefits Full benefits package: health, dental, vision, life, 4% 401(k) match, paid parental leave Signing bonus Collegial work environment Modern office spaces Full administrative support (billers and schedulers) Latest digital technology Compensation & Work Model Compensation range $115,000 – $135,000, model based on productivity (Fee‑for‑service).
