An independent, community hospital in northwestern Illinois is seeking PMHNP for new service line, Outpatient Behavioral Health, who prefers to practice in an environment that will offer a comfortable work-life balance in a community of about 26,000 residents.

• Behavioral Health NP Experience Preferred
• Psychiatric/med management
• Willing to Train the Right Candidate
• No Inpatient Duties
• No Call
• Collaboration via Tele-Psychiatry
• Based in Sterling
• 5 Days per Week
• Approximately 12-16 Patients per Day
• Current Staff: (1) NP, (1) Part-Time Telepsychiatrist, (6) Full-Time LCPCs
