Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Overview Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position with MGA Homecare in Austin, Texas. $2500 Sign-On Bonus for LVNs (details available from recruiter). Pay ranges from $23 to $30 per hour, with higher rates for trach and ventilator patients. Shifts are 8‑, 10‑, and 12‑hour, available weekdays, nights, and weekends. Responsibilities Treat infants, children, and/or adolescents according to an active plan of care as directed by the physician and other appropriate personnel. Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies. Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care. Educate patients and families on disease processes, self‑care techniques, and prevention strategies. Qualifications Active nursing license in good standing (required). Minimum 6 months of recent nursing experience in a clinical care setting (preferred). Home health experience preferred. Attention to detail. Time‑management skills.
