Order Processing Clerk

Job Title

Process, review, and approve intercompany orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all pricing, quantities, and shipping details are correct. Coordinate with internal branches, distribution centers, and business units to resolve order discrepancies, inventory issues, and delivery concerns. Monitor order status from entry through fulfillment and proactively communicate delays or exceptions to relevant stakeholders. Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying recurring order issues and recommending process enhancements to improve accuracy and turnaround time.
