Practice Overview: \n
\n•    EMR Platform – EPIC\n
\n•    Longstreet Clinic, Demorest, Georgia \n
\n•    4 ten-hour days or 5 eight-hour days\n
\n•    Comprehensive Outpatient Primary Care \n
\n•    Caring for patients in a growing community\n
\n•    Well-trained and experienced staff\n
\n
