Stacker Operator: Efficient Production & Quality Control

Feedback quality concerns to control room or wet-end operators Remove non-conforming materials from stacker Remove scheduled side trim for baler Monitor stacker process, preventing jams or errors Place splice waste, etc., in scrap carts Insert tie sheets for multiple outs Set optimization mode for required orders Communicate mechanical issues to supervisor Operator must wear all required personal protective equipment Operator must follow all company safety rules/procedures Operator must keep work areas and surrounding areas clean and free of debris Operator may be required to lift up 50lbs during shift.
