Overview
Registered Nurse — Long-Term Care (LTC) • New Lisbon, WI, United States. Travel - temporary assignment starting 09/21/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range: $1,903–$2,012 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: rotating 5x8 schedule (days and evenings). Setting: LTC - Nursing Home.

- Setting: LTC - Nursing Home Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care and support day-to-day resident activities with accuracy and attention to detail
- Communicate significant changes in resident condition promptly to physicians and families
- Complete applicable resident assessments and document findings
- Administer medications following the 5 Rights and maintain accurate medication records
- Perform wound care and related assessments as needed
- Assist CNAs with answering call lights and monitoring resident needs
- Monitor residents for changes, act as on-floor leader when needed, and direct situations as required
- Maintain thorough charting and resident records; report abuse, neglect, or misappropriation to the Director of Nursing and Administrator
- Perform other duties as requested to support resident care Requirements
- Wisconsin Registered Nursing license (active)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Education: Two-year nursing degree required; four-year degree preferred
- Experience: 1+ years of related work experience preferred
- An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered
- Ability to work in a long-term care setting with strong attention to detail Benefits and Support
