Experienced Receptionist – Dental Office (Full-Time)
Nova Dental Care is a brand-new, modern dental office opening in Mundelein, IL. We are committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care in a welcoming environment. As we grow, we’re looking for a reliable and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients.

Previous customer service or receptionist experience required (healthcare/dental preferred but not mandatory).
Job Description
Responsibilities
Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth.
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and confirm visits.
Verify insurance information and collect co-pays.
Manage patient records and maintain organized files.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive patient experience.
Assist with administrative tasks to support daily office operations.
