Building Maintenance Tech I - Archbold Mitchell Hospital

Maintain and coordinate repairs with equipment and/or facilities

Respond to new maintenance requests

Perform PMI

Routinely document work completed in an accurate manner

Ensure essential stock parts and supplies are kept on hand

Change tasks quickly and respond to various duties as required

Engage patients, visitors, and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner

Building Maintenance Experience/ Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Previous building maintenance experience preferred

Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision

Basic understanding of maintenance supplies and technical skills
